What’s that coming down the trail? Who else but that crazy horse that saved the West... Spinaroo! Trademarks, postmarks and copyrights have been a’flyin around the office as we get ready for his long-awaited arrival! This brand-new flagship production from 3 Cowboys and a Caveman Productions is in its final stages and is getting ready to ride tall in the saddle of adventure and fun filled action! SMOKEY RIDES THE RAILS!
Smokey McCinders and the Spooktacular 7 premiered in “The Terrific Pumpkin Patch Caper!” at the Nevada Northern Railway in Ely, Nevada October 2 and 12, 2024.
3 Cowboys and a Caveman in cooperation with NNRY put on a 45-minute “Theatre of the Mind” listening experience as Steam Engine 93 made its way up the mountain to the pumpkin patch at Keystone Gulch! The Spooktacular 7 took on the Gandyman and the rest of the Dark Riders to protect the train and the pumpkin patch! All the train riders were able to pick their own “Jack-O-Lantern” of choice and meet Smokey McCinders along with other cast members in person! Then riders were treated to “Smokey’s Rockin’ Review” as the train traveled down the mountainside back to the depot at Ely!
Thank you to President Mark Bassett, Superintendent Angie Stevens and all the amazing folks at the NNRY for their help in bringing this fun-filled adventure to the historic rails of the Nevada Northern Railway!
